Spring 2026 Bulletin from PUYE

This is the spring e-bulletin update from Prick up your Ears Training & Consultancy CIC (PUYE), an Ear Acutherapy Services in West Bromwich and includes news of their regular and new weekly clinics, upcoming activities and training opportunities for acupressure with seeds, and for NADA Acupuncture training.

Weekly Acutherapy Clinics

Acutherapy Drop-in for All

Thursdays 10am – 1pmLet’s Chat Hub, West Bromwich Bus Station, B70 6EU
Since October 2025, Prick Up Your Ears (PUYE) CIC has been running a weekly Acutherapy Seeds clinic for anyone, successfully treating a wide range of physical and mental health conditions including sleep, anxiety, neurodiversity, back ache, and the menopause. Using tried and tested treatment protocols, acutherapy can improve health and wellbeing for everyone. No appointment necessary, each treatment is on a pay-as-you-feel basis. (Please arrive by 12.30pm to be treated).

Neurodiversity Clinic for Parents and Children

Mondays 4.30pm – 6pm, from 18th May 2026 Ree-Charge CIC Hub, 15-17 Bull Street, West Bromwich, B70 6EU
From the 18th May 2026, Prick Up Your Ears (PUYE) CIC will be running a weekly Acutherapy Seeds clinic for neurodiverse children and their parents, to try our newly developed protocols for Autism, ADHD and AuDHD, covering Hyperactivity, Distraction, Executive Functioning, and Meltdowns, alongside tried and tested protocols for Anxiety, Depression, Sleep, and Stress, parents can also receive treatment to support their wellbeing. No appointment necessary, each treatment costs £10, or £15 for parent and child. (Please arrive by 5.30pm to be treated).

 Acutherapy Clinic for Adults

Mondays 6pm – 7.30pm, from 18th May 2026 Ree-Charge CIC Hub, 15-17 Bull Street, West Bromwich, B70 6EU
From the 18th May 2026, we will be running a weekly Acutherapy Seeds clinic for adults to treat a wide range of physical and mental health symptoms, including sleep, anxiety, neurodiversity, backache, and the menopause. No appointment necessary, each treatment costs £10, or £15 for couples. (Please arrive by 7.00pm to be treated).

Community Activities

Sandwell Carers Week 2026

Friday 12th June, 10.00-2.30pm
Sandwell Valley Visitors centre, Slaters Lane, B71 4BG
Come along to this fun, family day to find support, information, and celebrate the impact of unpaid Carers in our community. Prick Up Your ears will be providing free ear seed treatments as well as running a wellbeing workshop. See the attached flyer for booking, or just turn up on the day!
